Snap Puzzle is provided by Afixi Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“Afixi”, “we”, “our” or “us”). We aim to handle information responsibly and respect user privacy.

1. Scope

This policy applies to the Snap Puzzle app and its photo-based puzzle feature.

2. No account or login

Snap Puzzle does not require registration, an account, or a login. The game does not ask you to provide your name, email address, phone number, or other personal details to play.

3. Camera and gallery images

You can choose to take a photograph using your device camera or select a picture from your device’s photo gallery to create or play a puzzle. The selected image is processed locally on your device and remains on the device for the time you are playing.

The image is not uploaded to Afixi, copied to an Afixi server, or sent by Snap Puzzle to another party. Snap Puzzle uses the image to provide the puzzle experience you requested.

4. Sharing and uploads

Snap Puzzle does not require you to upload your chosen photo to use the game. Afixi does not receive a copy of the photo through the Snap Puzzle puzzle feature. If you separately choose to share an image using another app or device feature, that sharing is handled by the app or service you choose, not by Snap Puzzle’s local puzzle processing.

5. Device permissions

Camera access may be requested if you choose to take a new photograph. Photo or gallery access may be requested if you choose an existing picture. These permissions let you select or capture the image for your puzzle. You can manage or revoke permissions in your device settings; without the relevant permission, the corresponding feature may not be available.

6. Security

Because the photo used for a puzzle is processed on your device and is not uploaded by Snap Puzzle, it remains under the control of your device and its operating system. Please use your device’s normal security and screen-lock features to protect content stored on it.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if Snap Puzzle’s features or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
