Afixi Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“Afixi”, “we”, “our” or “us”) respects the privacy of visitors and clients. This policy applies to www.afixi.com and to enquiries you send us about our software, web and mobile services.

This page is the privacy policy for the Afixi website and for ordinary business contact with Afixi. It does not describe the KIITIZEN or Snap Puzzle apps. Each app has its own policy, linked below.

2. Information we collect

Browsing afixi.com does not require an account, and we do not ask you to submit personal information in order to read the site.

We collect personal information only when a client requests a quote or contacts us for any other reason, for example by email, phone or a message you choose to send. That information is limited to what you give us, such as your name, email address, phone number, company, the content of your message, and any file you attach.

We do not collect information about visitors for advertising, analytics profiles, or mailing lists.

3. How we use it

We use information you send us only to:

• reply to your enquiry or prepare the quote you requested;
• carry out work you later ask us to do, and keep the related business records; and
• meet a legal obligation, or protect our rights, safety or security.

We do not use that information for third-party advertising.

4. Sharing

We do not sell or rent contact or quote details. We share them only with people at Afixi who need them to respond, with a service provider that sends or stores that correspondence for us and only on our instructions, or where the law requires a disclosure. If you become a client, project information you give us is treated as confidential and used only for the work you authorise.

afixi.com does not use cookies or similar technologies to collect personal information or to track visitors across other websites.

8. Children’s privacy

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
